Chapter History

Since August 4, 1934, when the Oklahoma City (OKC) Alumnae Chapter received its national charter, we have grown into a membership of 50+ sisters. Collectively, our chapter has won several honors over the years including the Alumnae Crown Chapter Award. The OKC Alumnae Chapter added its 17th Crown Chapter Award at our national convention held in June 2020. Oklahoma City has won the Alumnae Crown Chapter Award every biennium since it was introduced in 1984, except in 1988 and 2010. In addition, the chapter has won five Silver Awards:

• Alumnae Service, 1st runner-up in 2018
• Alumnae Programming, 1st runner-up in 1986 and 1994
• Alumnae Programming, 2nd runner-up in 1990 and 2002
